Q: Why use Chauffeured By Car instead of a taxi/black cab?
A: CBC only use new fuel efficient executive vehicles in order to provide a luxurious yet affordable chauffeuring experience with dedicated, discreet, professional, friendly, respectable, knowledgeable drivers who are committed to delivering the highest possible standard of service for our clients.

 

Q. What areas does CBC cover?
A. CBC are based within the West Midlands but we travel all over the UK.

 

Q. Do our chauffeurs wear uniforms?
A. All our chauffeurs are fully uniformed in the classic black suit, white tailored shirt and black tie.

 

Q. How much does a chauffeured vehicle cost?
A. Due to CBC operating with the most up to date fuel efficient executive vehicles we are hugely committed to being competitive in our field and will be very disappointed if can not beat any like for like written quotation.

 

Q. What do I need to do to book a chauffeured vehicle?
A. To secure your chauffeured vehicle, you need to first check the availability, then if it is available, provide CBC with the required deposit. (50% of the total hire charge) or the full balance if less than three days before your chosen journey.</p>


Q. What if I need to cancel my booking? Am I entitled to a refund?
A. The 50% deposit is non refundable and if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of travel then all monies paid is also non refundable.

 

Q. Do CBC vehicles offer business working facilities whilst travelling?
A. We offer our clients the use of the Ipad for the duration of all journeys.

 

Q. Are wedding clients limited in the number of trips that CBC vehicles may make during a wedding booking?
A. Our vehicles are booked for weddings on a time basis, however we will not be used for excessive travel during this period.

Q. What happens when a flight is delayed?
A. Times are continuously monitored on the Internet prior to arrival, therefore we will be aware of any delay.

 

Q. When being collected at an airport, how do we find our driver after flight arrival?
A. Our driver will be waiting inside the terminal, at the exit from the customs hall, with a name board showing the clients name(s), a ‘Meet and Greet’ service. Should the driver be missed for any reason, please ask the airport information desk to telephone our office on 0121 320 2220.

 

Q. What methods of payment does CBC accept?
A. We accept cheques or cash (with prior agreement), and all major credit / debit cards.
